Nice! Your color choices are rather fitting and the coloring is smooth. Run this by the folks on CA as well, but perhaps some of the colors should be less saturated - it's really bright and glowing in certain spots, almost like as though she has a spotlight right in her face - and watch for your shadows. The shadow under her head (her neck) should be darker, as it's being covered. Push your darker purple for spots like that (like where the hair covers her face).

The folds in her neck work well. What I would also do is introduce some shadow into the left (her right, our left) fringe of her falling hair so that everything doesn't look highlighted. Her lips look pasted on because the edges are sharp; soften them a bit. Lips tend to blend in a bit on the edges with the skin for a soft transition, even in the dip on the upper lip. Also, perhaps a soft and muted gray would be more suitable for the gaps in between her teeth. It'll make them look more realistic.

I like the sparkly shoulder strap of her dress. You do coloring better than I do, that's for sure.

Thanks allot for the critique and comment!!!!! I do have a problem love affair with color and burning my pupils with it. And next time I will use different colors as long as I don't give in to the little voice that says "pick the hot pink you know you want to nova" LOL !!!!! I will do as you suggested next time I pull it out, and I'm thinking once I do all the fixes I will use an adjustment layer to tone down the color a bit before I post it in my sketch book on CA.
